As with most charitable organizations, we need two things primarily: volunteers and donations. To learn more about volunteering for A Special Wish Foundation, please click here to visit out volunteer information page.

At A Special Wish Foundation, we raise funds through donations and fundraisers. Because our Chicago office is 100% volunteer based, over 90% of your contribution will go directly to making a child's wish come true.

There are several ways to assist us financially, in our quest to grant wishes:

You may make an on-line donation by clicking the "Donate" button below to be directed to Paypal's secure website where you will complete your transaction.

You may mail a check to A Special Wish Foundation ~ Chicago, PO Box 577248, Chicago, IL, 60657.

You can help without giving us money directly! Simply email us with your Dominick's (or Safeway Company) Fresh Values Card number, your name and address. Just shop at Dominick's like you would, use your Fresh Values card and Dominick's will send us a donation! Email escrip@aswchicago.org with your information to sign up today!

Community and Professional Organizations, Schools and Churches

From golf outings to penny-jar races, local groups can make a commitment to helping a wish come true. Schools have held car washes, scout troops offer carnivals, community groups sponsor pancake breakfasts, offices have had $5 jeans days, and corporations sponsor a specific wish through a donation drive at their offices. If your group, organization, church or school is interested in assisting us or sponsoring a specific wish for a child, please contact us, we have many ideas and would love to work with you.
