We have a mission: A Special Wish, Chicago is an organization dedicated to granting wishes of children from birth to age 21 in the Chicagoland area with life threatening conditions.

Because our Chicago office is 100% volunteer based,with no "brick and mortar" office, nearly 100% of your contribution will go directly to making a child's wish come true.
